Dom Hodgson, from North East England, is known as “The Pet Biz Wiz,” and is CEO of Pet Business Marketing Ltd.

In 2011, he pioneered the launch of the UK's first Dog Adventure company and is also a highly respected dog trainer.

Adam Delderfield

Adam Delderfield is an award winning dog trainer from Milton Keynes who specialises in Puppy Development.

His background in incident management gives him a using his unique skillset. That, combined with his ability to problem solve and look at the bigger picture, he is able to think outside the box and achieve great results in a short space of time.

Mark Klaiman

Mark Klaiman is the owner of Pet Camp in San Francisco, California. Pet Camp has 3 locations all in San Francisco.
Pet Camp is San Francisco’s largest family-owned pet care facility and was the first certified Green pet care facility in the United States. Pet Camp offers a complete palette of services for dogs and cats including traditional and non-traditional group play options, canine enrichment, dog training, cat care and enrichment at a cat only facility, bathing, and pet transportation.

Kim Buchanan

After 15 years in corporate America, Kim wanted a career where she could take her dogs to work. Fetch opened in 2006 offering daycare and training classes , an unknown concept in Indianapolis.

20 years later, Fetch is still going strong. Kim came into Dom’s world in 2024 when she attended the first Enrichment Summit. Kim knew right away this was a game changer. F 

Tim Jackson

Tim Jackson, a passionate advocate for canine enrichment, Tim specialises in creating innovative, multi-sensory experiences for dogs. With years of experience in the pet care industry he has developed unique programs that engage, challenge, and delight dogs, helping them thrive both mentally and physically.

Debbie Anslow

Debbie is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 20 years’ experience, including nearly a decade supporting pets and their people with
behaviour issues.

She is a Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist for cats and dogs and a lecturer in clinical animal behaviour.

Debbie runs her own behaviour consultancy – Positive Pet Behaviour established in 2020 and thoroughly enjoys utilising a range of behaviour modification tools and techniques within her work.

Hannah Spurgeon

Hannah is the deputy section leader of cats at Hertfordshire Zoo, while also working as the enrichment committee lead, and a member of the animal training committee. She is an ABTC accredited animal trainer.

Hannah has a passion for animal welfare, and the use of enrichment and training to improve welfare in all areas of animal care. She particularly enjoys thinking outside the box, getting creative with enrichment and training provision and trying to develop beyond the usual behaviours.

Sam Sheriff

Sam is a Conservation Educator at Colchester Zoological Society. With a background in zoo education, animal behaviour and public engagement,

Sam is passionate about creating meaningful visitor experiences and exploring how enrichment can benefit both animals and the people who care for them.

Stella Seminerio

Stella Seminerio is a professional dog trainer, owner of premium dog walking business and co-owner of Houndabout MK, a secure dog walking field designed to give dogs the freedom to explore, learn and thrive.

Working professionally with dogs since 2016, Stella has dedicated her career to helping owners build stronger relationships with their dogs through practical, reward-based training and a deep understanding of canine body language. .

Louise Wilson

Louise Wilson is the Director and Founder of Conservation K9 Consultancy and has over 20 years’ experience as a specialist detection dog handler, trainer and instructor. Her extensive detection background includes working with dogs trained to locate explosives, drugs, cash, tobacco, human remains, wildlife crime evidence and a wide range of conservation and wildlife targets.

Meg Rostron

Meg's current area of specialism surrounds the behaviour management of ectotherms to aid in cooperative husbandry care and medical behaviours by utilising enrichment and training as tools to improve welfare, manage social groups, build positive relationships, work more time efficiently and reduce stress to both animals and keepers.

Jessica Ray

Jessica Ray is a Lead Keeper on the Birds team at ZSL London Zoo, where she works across bird husbandry, welfare, behaviour, training, and public engagement, while also supporting and mentoring keeper teams. She is also the Bird Liaison for the BIAZA Animal Behaviour and Training Working group and a member of ZSL’s Behaviour Management Committee.

Over the past 10 years, Jessica's career has included roles in zoological collections, city farms, and animal shelters in both the UK and the US, and she worked with a wide variety of taxa throughout before focusing on birds and in particular, free-flight bird displays.

Rahel Walton

Rachel Walton is the founder of Northumberland Dog Hotel, a luxury boarding and grooming facility where enrichment and individualised care sit at the heart of everything they do.

Rachel has worked with working dogs throughout her life and has a particular passion for gundogs and sheep dogs. She owns the 2026 BASC Champion Working Labrador bitch, giving her first-hand experience of the training, management and enrichment needs of dogs working at a high level.

Natasha Underwood

Dr Natasha Underwood ACIEEM combines expertise across ecology, environmental consultancy, education and conservation detection dogs.

She is a trained ecologist and environmental consultant, with a BSc in Conservation Biology, MSc in Environmental Consultancy and PhD in Environmental Science. She also holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Maria and Pete Yarnold

Maria and Pete Yarnold are the proud owners of The Sighthound Savoy, a specialist home-boarding service based in Accrington, Lancashire, created with a genuine love and understanding of sighthounds and their unique needs.

At The Sighthound Savoy, every guest is treated as an individual. Maria and Pete take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routines and preferences, creating a calm, homely environment where sighthounds can relax and feel part of the family.

Allison is the President and co-owner of Scout’s Honor, an International Pet Boarding and Daycare Association’s “Pet Care Excellence” award-winner of 2023.

Mikayla Cavaness

Dogs have been part of Mikayla's world for as long as she can remember. Mikayla grew up in her mom’s grooming shops and later studied dog training and behavior, but it was owning a dog-aggressive dog that truly changed everything. Navigating his challenges reshaped how she understood dogs inspired Mikayla to create something different in the pet care world. That’s how Fetching Pet Company in Troy, Illinois was born, a place where daycare goes beyond “all-day play” with structured groups, enrichment, and one-on-one time that help dogs truly thrive.

Hanora Rodgers

Nora Rodgers owns Wag Days Philly- two dog daycare, boarding and training facilities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Both of her locations are city locked with one location in the basement of a converted technical school and the other located under their elevated trainline in an apartment complex. Thinking outside the box is where Nora thrives with only 1700 square ft Nora figured out how to transform her original location into a hotbox of ideas in action. Beginning in 2022 Nora put a strong emphasis on enrichment daycare and was able to convert 65% of her clients over to the “better way.”

Sarah and Pete Stevens

Sarah and Peter are the husband-and-wife team behind K9 Adventures, a multi-award-winning dog daycare in Hillingdon, and PawPal, the app they created to help other pet businesses run smoothly and grow with confidence.

What started as a shared love of dogs has grown into a thriving daycare built around enrichment, small group care, and a real community of owners who know their dogs are in safe hands.
